LIBRARY CARD POLICY
Mohave County Library
All new library cards are FREE, a replacement card is $2.00.
To obtain a library card, fill out a library card application, deliver it to your closest Mohave County Library, show proof of name, and current address. (General delivery is acceptable).
Library cards are a privilege and require the holder to abide by library rules and regulations.
A library card holder is entitled to full library privileges!
Applicants under the age of 18 require a guardian to be present to sign the application.
